2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are a UK resident

• The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing.

4. Product Condition

All products sold by TECNOLOGII LTD are refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. Each product listing clearly states the cosmetic condition of the item.

5. Warranty

All products sold by TECNOLOGII LTD come with a 1-year warranty against hardware defects and faults. This is a TECNOLOGII LTD retailer warranty and is not a manufacturer warranty. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect

• Accidental damage

• Liquid damage

• Unauthorised repair or modification

To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@tecnologii.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the goods you ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
