1. What is a refurbished product?

A refurbished product is a pre-owned device that has been professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. All TECNOLOGII LTD products meet our strict quality standards before being listed for sale.

2. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products sold by TECNOLOGII LTD come with a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects and faults. This is a TECNOLOGII LTD retailer warranty, not a manufacturer warranty. To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@tecnologii.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. How long does delivery take?

We offer delivery within 1–3 working days, including dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Delivery is free on all orders over £19.99, or £3.99 for orders under £19.99.

4. Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer free 28-day returns on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 28 days of receipt. We will cover all return postage costs — you will not be charged anything to return your item. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return your original purchase under our 28-day returns policy and place a new separate order.

6. Are your Apple products unlocked?

Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, all Apple iPhones and iPads sold by TECNOLOGII LTD are fully unlocked and compatible with all UK networks.

7. Do products come with original accessories?

Unless stated in the product listing, products may not include the original box or accessories. Any included accessories will be clearly listed in the product description.

8. How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on the website.
