TECNOLOGII LTD is a UK-based retailer of premium refurbished Apple products including MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and accessories. We are registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13311522) and operate exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Delivery

We offer one simple delivery option across the UK — no complicated tiers, no surprises.

Same-day dispatch cut-off	Order before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or by contacting us directly.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or make the parcel available for collection at a local depot. TECNOLOGII LTD is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
