Refund policy

At TECNOLOGII LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason — this is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. However, as part of our extended policy, we give you a full 28 days from receipt to notify us and return your order.

Our 28-Day Free Returns Policy

We go beyond the legal minimum. You may return any item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is:

• Returned in the same condition as received

• Includes all original accessories and packaging where applicable

• Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at sales@tecnologii.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return

2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a returns authorisation number

3. Pack the item securely and include your order details inside the parcel

4. Send the item to our returns address (provided upon authorisation)

Return Postage Costs

TECNOLOGII LTD covers the cost of return postage on all returns — whether your item is faulty, not as described, or you have simply changed your mind. You will not be charged for return shipping under any circumstances.

Faulty or Not As Described Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or not as described within 28 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us at sales@tecnologii.co.uk with your order number and details of the fault and we will arrange a free return and full refund promptly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your returned item to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Items that have been damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

• Items returned without a valid returns authorisation number

• Items returned more than 28 days after delivery (unless faulty under statutory rights)

Exchanges

TECNOLOGII LTD does not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with our returns policy above and place a new order separately.
